“Your perception of reality is not set in stone. It is flexible. If you are willing to work towards changing your perception, you can bend your reality. You can see a more positive life around you. You can see the beauty in the world. If you actively look for the good in the world, eventually your world will change. Look for the little things until the big things come into the picture.” Avina Celeste

Words to Live by

Life Advice: Always be the best person you can be. Be kind even when you're tired. Be understanding even when you're angry. Do more than you're asked, and don't ask for anything in return. Don't silently expect anything in return. Listen when someone talks, really listen! Be the greatest person you can be and when you mess up, make up for it in the next minute or day. One thing you should never do, never spend time trying to prove to anybody that you're great, your actions will speak for themselves and we only have limited time on this earth, don't waste it. If someone doesn't see your light, don't worry. Like moths, good people are attracted to flame and to light, and they will come" Hassan Sumroo

A healthy friendship is one where you share your true feelings without fearing the end of the relationship. It's also one where you sometimes have to let things that bug you slide. The tough moments will make you wiser about yourself and each other. They will also make you stronger and closer as friends. Rachel Simmons

To enjoy good health, to bring true happiness to one's family, to bring peace to all, one must first discipline and control one's own mind. If a man can control his mind he can find the way to Enlightenment, and all wisdom and virtue will naturally come to him. Buddha

With the assistance of licensed therapists and certified yoga teachers you can begin a peaceful journey toward healing and growth. Living mindfully helps to minimize distress. It's been said that dwelling on the past brings regret and anger about things that can't be changed, while focusing on the future can bring about fear and anxiety of the unknown. Living in the present moment mindfully, helps us to come to a place of gratitude, acceptance and peace with the current moment and trust for whatever is to come. "PEACE IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES" As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others. - Nelson Mandela
