Ms. Haywood's inspiration for the company name was acquired from her great-great-great grandmother "Ella", who always counseled family members to "be contented no matter what their life situations". That sage advice has helped to develop the E.L.L.A. philosophy and strengthen the vision; to offer techniques and counseling on how to achieve Equanimity in Life and Leadership Approaches
As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
